Strathspey - home of 'the sprightly dance'

Grantown-on-Spey is located in the heart of Strathspey in the Scottish Highlands. Strathspey is the name given to that part of the Spey Valley as it widens out North of the Cairngorms, from Aviemore to the Moray Coast at Speymouth near Elgin.
